How KlientuPilots came about
The idea came from Autoserviss 4U — a car repair shop in Liepāja whose website has an AI assistant answering customers outside opening hours too. From this experience we built a tool any small business can use to set up its own assistant without coding. See the example.
How we work
- The assistant answers only from the information the business has entered and does not promise anything that isn’t there.
- Each business’s data is kept separate; only that business sees its conversations and enquiries.
- Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see them. Privacy.

- The help centre has guides for every step — you can read them without signing up.
- Registered users have the “Ask about KlientuPilots” help assistant in their account.
