Three days before the first and every following subscription payment we will send you an e-mail reminder with the amount and date. You can manage your subscription in your account.

The trial allowance (10 / 20 / 30 conversations depending on the plan) is a total for all 14 days. If it runs out earlier, payment does not start earlier — customers can still leave an enquiry in the contact form.

We count conversations, not individual messages. One customer’s conversation within 24 hours is one conversation. Your own test questions don’t count towards the limit.

In all plans and in the trial: website chat and a public chat link, the assistant speaks your customer’s language (customers write in their language and the assistant replies in it; you enter your information only once), enquiries by e-mail, conversations and enquiries in your account.

How the 14-day trial works

  1. Sign up and set up your assistant. You can test it before adding a card.
  2. Choose a plan (default: Starter, 5 € per month) and add a card. Today’s payment is €0.
  3. The 14 days count from activation. The trial allowance is a total for all days: Starter — 10, Business — 20, Corporate — 30 conversations.
  4. If the allowance runs out earlier, payment does not start earlier. New customers can leave an enquiry in the contact form.
  5. After the trial your chosen plan starts automatically with its full monthly allowance, unless you cancel.

Payments and reminders

  • Payment is taken once a month by card via Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • 3 days before the first and every following payment we send an e-mail reminder with the amount, the date and a link to manage your subscription.
  • You can change your plan or cancel the subscription in your account. If you cancel the trial before it ends, the first payment is not charged.
  • Changing plans during the trial does not start a new trial and does not reset the conversations already used.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as one conversation?

One visitor’s dialogue with the assistant within 24 hours — regardless of the number of messages. Opening an empty chat window and your own test questions are not counted. More about conversation counting.

What happens when the monthly conversations are used up?

Conversations already started are finished, but new visitors are offered a contact form. Enquiries keep arriving by e-mail. No extra charges — you can switch to a plan with a larger allowance.

Why does the trial need a card?

So that your subscription can continue without interruption after the trial. Nothing is charged today, and we send a reminder 3 days before the first payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.

What is different about the Corporate plan?

On top of your website information you can give the assistant several links, documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and knowledge text, for example warranty or delivery terms. How it works.
