Terms of use and subscription

The service

KlientuPilots lets you create an AI assistant that answers visitors on behalf of your business based on the information you enter, and takes enquiries. The assistant does not confirm bookings and does not promise anything that isn’t in your data, but AI can make mistakes — the business is responsible for the accuracy of its data and for communicating with customers.

Trial

You activate the trial by adding a payment card via Stripe. The trial lasts 14 days from successful activation; we charge nothing during it (the payment on the day of activation is €0). The conversations included in the trial are a total for all 14 days and depend on the chosen plan:

  • Starter (5 €/month) — 10 conversations in total during the trial; 10 conversations per month after the trial.
  • Business (29 €/month) — 20 conversations in total during the trial; 150 conversations per month after the trial.
  • Corporate (69 €/month) — 30 conversations in total during the trial; 500 conversations per month after the trial.

Reaching the conversation limit does not shorten the trial or start the paid period early. Changing plans during the trial does not start a new trial or reset the trial conversations already used. The trial is available once.

Before you confirm the card we show the chosen plan, the trial allowance and the amount and date of the first payment.

If you do not cancel the trial, the chosen subscription starts automatically when it ends, with the plan’s monthly allowance, and the first monthly payment is charged. The default plan is Starter (5 €/month); a more expensive plan only if you choose and confirm it yourself. If you cancel the trial in your account before it ends, nothing is charged.

Subscription and conversations

  • The plan price and the number of conversations per month are shown under “Subscription” before payment.
  • A conversation is one visitor’s dialogue with the assistant within 24 hours. Your tests in the dashboard and opening an empty window are not counted. A single conversation has a reasonable message limit.
  • When the monthly allowance is used up, conversations already started are finished, but new visitors are shown a contact form. No extra charges apply.
  • Payment is taken once a month by card via Stripe. 3 days before the first and every following payment we send an e-mail reminder with the amount, the date and a link to manage your subscription. You can change your plan at any time; Stripe calculates the difference proportionally.
  • You can cancel the subscription at any time under “Subscription”. It runs until the end of the paid period and is then not renewed. No refunds are given for a started period unless the law requires otherwise.

Help and consultation

The help centre contains user guides, and registered users have an AI help assistant that explains how to use the platform; it does not make changes to your account. Subscribers on all plans (in a trial with a card or on a paid plan) get a free consultation on request: leave a description and your contacts in the help centre and we will call you back; we do not guarantee a specific call-back time. The consultation explains how to use KlientuPilots and add the assistant to your website; it does not include work on your website.

Prohibited use

The assistant must not be used for illegal goods or services, deception or spam. In such cases we may suspend the assistant.

Data

You are responsible for your customers’ data; we process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. Deleting your account deletes the assistant, conversations and enquiries.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as is; we strive to keep it running without interruption. We will notify you of changes to the terms or prices by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
