How KlientuPilots works: from five fields to an enquiry
You enter your website, check five information fields and add the assistant to your site. The assistant answers customers based on this information, finds out what they need and e-mails you a complete enquiry.
No coding needed. You set up the assistant in your account; the only technical step is one line of code on your website — or use the ready chat link.
1. Set up the assistant
- Log in with your e-mail — we send a secure login link, no password needed.
- Enter your website address and press “Read”. The assistant fills in the fields from the public text. If you have no website, fill them in yourself.
- Check the five fields and press “Save”. The assistant answers only from this information.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Business | Name and website. |
| Services | Each service on its own line. |
| Prices and terms | Prices, warranty, payment; always state whether prices include VAT. |
| Opening hours and location | Days, hours, address. |
| Contact | Phone and e-mail for customers, and the e-mail address enquiries are sent to. |

2. Test the answers
Your account has a test chat. Ask the questions customers usually ask and add to the fields if needed. Test conversations don’t use your allowance; a test enquiry arrives marked “TEST”. How to test the assistant.
3. Add the assistant to your website or use the link
- On your website: copy one line of code and add it to your page before
</body>. A “Need a quick answer?” button appears in the bottom right corner. Guide. - Without a website: a public chat link you can add to Facebook, your Google Business Profile, your e-mail signature or a QR code. How to use the link.
To have the assistant start answering customers, activate the 14-day trial with a card (€0 today). Pricing and trial.
What happens in a conversation with a customer
- The customer asks a question, for example about a price or opening hours.
- The assistant answers only from your information and in the language the customer writes in (for example Latvian, Russian or English). You enter your information only once — in Latvian or another language.
- If needed, the assistant clarifies what the customer needs.
- When the customer is ready, the assistant offers to take their contacts. The customer checks the details and confirms the enquiry.
- You get the enquiry by e-mail and can also find it in your account.
What the assistant does not do
- It doesn’t confirm a specific time, booking or availability — you confirm that after the enquiry.
- It doesn’t promise prices, terms or services that aren’t in your fields. If the information is missing, it offers to take the customer’s contacts.
- An enquiry is not a price quote or a paid order.
- AI can make mistakes. That’s why the assistant relies on your data, and you can review every conversation in your account. What to do if the assistant makes a mistake.
