Documents and additional knowledge

Corporate plan: several websites, PDF/DOCX/TXT documents and additional text.

The Additional knowledge card in “My assistant” is available on the Corporate plan. During the trial you can try it on any plan; after the trial the assistant uses additional knowledge only on the Corporate plan (what you added is kept).

1. Links: enter up to 10 addresses, each on its own line, and press Read links. Up to 20 000 characters are used from each page.
2. Documents: choose PDF, DOCX or TXT (up to 5 MB each, up to 10 documents) and press Upload. We keep only the text; scanned PDFs without text cannot be read.
3. What else should the assistant know? — enter frequently asked questions, delivery or warranty terms and press Save knowledge.
4. Check in the test chat with a question about the document’s content.

The list shows each source’s status (“read” or “error”). Remove a source you don’t need with “Delete”.
