Enquiries and e-mails
What an enquiry contains, where it arrives and how to mark that you’ve been in touch.
When the customer agrees to leave their contacts, the assistant prepares an enquiry, the customer confirms it, and it arrives at your enquiry e-mail.
- The e-mail contains: the customer’s name and contacts, the clarified need, key details (for example the car model, if mentioned) and the full conversation text.
- The button in the e-mail opens exactly this conversation in your account.
- An enquiry is not a booking or a confirmed order — you contact the customer yourself.
- Open Conversations and enquiries. The enquiry table is at the top.
- When you have been in touch, press ✓ Mark as contacted. Changed your mind? “Back to new”.
On Mondays we can send a short weekly summary — turn it on or off at the bottom of “Conversations and enquiries”.
