Viewing conversations
Where to see all customer conversations and tests, and how long we keep them.
- Open Conversations and enquiries → tab Customer conversations.
- Click a conversation to see the full text and the related enquiry.
- You can see your own tests in the tab My tests.
We keep conversations for 180 days and enquiries for 365 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
