The 14-day trial and its allowance
How many conversations each plan’s trial includes and when payment starts.
- Under Subscription choose a plan (default: Starter, 5 € per month).
- Check the summary: €0.00 today, the trial allowance, the amount and date of the first payment.
- Tick the confirmation and press Add card and start trial. You enter the card on Stripe’s secure page.
- Result: the trial starts and the assistant answers customers. The 14 days count from successful activation, not from sign-up.

- The trial allowance is a total for all 14 days, not per day or per month.
- If the allowance is used up early, customers see a contact form for new conversations and enquiries keep arriving. Payment does not start early and the trial is not shortened.
- After the trial your chosen plan starts with its full monthly allowance.
- The trial is available once. Changing plans during the trial does not start a new trial or reset the conversations already used.
- You can set up and test the assistant before adding a card.
