Changing and cancelling your subscription

How to change plans, cancel the trial or subscription, and how to undo it.

1. Change plan: Subscription → Manage subscription → choose another plan on Stripe’s page. Stripe calculates the difference proportionally.
2. Cancel: Subscription → Cancel trial or Cancel subscription. Result: a confirmation appears that the next payment will not be charged; the assistant works until the end of the period.
3. Changed your mind? Before the period ends press Keep my subscription.

• If you cancel the trial before it ends, the first payment is not charged.
• Changing plans in the trial does not start a new trial; the trial allowance follows the new plan, but conversations already used still count.
• On a paid plan the new monthly allowance applies from the plan change in Stripe.
• Deleting your account: Subscription → “Delete account” (cancel the subscription first).
