How conversations are counted
What one conversation is, what we don’t count and where to see what’s left.
- One conversation is one visitor’s dialogue with the assistant within 24 hours — regardless of the number of messages (up to 25 visitor messages per conversation).
- A conversation is counted when the assistant replies for the first time. Opening an empty window is not counted.
- Your test conversations in your account don’t use the limit. “Ask about KlientuPilots” help conversations don’t either.
In the trial the allowance is a total for all 14 days. On a paid plan — a monthly allowance that renews with every paid period.
