The five information fields
What to enter in each field so the assistant answers accurately.
The assistant only knows what is in these fields (and, on the Corporate plan, in additional knowledge). What you don’t enter, it won’t promise.
- Business — name and website. The name is required.
- Services — each service on its own line, short and clear. Required.
- Prices and key terms — prices, warranty, payment. Always state whether prices are incl. VAT or excl. VAT (see Price list, VAT and opening hours).
- Opening hours and location — days, hours, address.
- Contact — phone and e-mail for customers, and the e-mail for enquiries — every customer enquiry is sent there. Required.
After making changes press Save. Result: the assistant uses the new data immediately — including an already published one.
