The assistant speaks your customer’s language
Customers write in Latvian, Russian or English — the assistant replies in the same language.
Customers write in their own language — the assistant replies in it. You only enter your information once, for example in Latvian; no separate knowledge per language is needed. Available on all plans and in the trial — in the website chat, the public chat link and the demo.
- The assistant detects the language from the customer’s messages. If the customer asks for another language, the assistant follows.
- If the customer switches language mid-conversation, the assistant switches too and remembers what was said before.
- When translating, the assistant doesn’t change prices, VAT terms, opening hours or any of your other facts.
- The enquiry card and confirmation are shown to the customer in their language.
- You receive the enquiry with a summary in Latvian, while the conversation text in the e-mail and your account stays in the original language.
- Check it in the test chat: write a question in Russian or English. Result: the answer comes in the same language with the same prices.
- If a term is translated imprecisely, add a clearer description to the fields.
